Weetaliba Poll Herefords was founded in 1999 with the purchase of cows from Sevenbardot.  Subsequently cows were purchased from the Dimby Downs, Kingstown, Wiranya and Elfdale Disperals, we are extremely happy with them.

In 2004, we will have 50 cows calve to such great sires as Valma Southern Star, Allendale King Kong, Koanui Daybreak and Kenya Monsoon.  Our stud started being run with a commercial herd and continues to be totally commercially focused.

Our aim is to produce structurally sound, good pigmented animals with sensible birth weights and above average growth.  We have been committed to Poll Hereford Group Breed Plan since we commenced and cull heavily to ensure calving ease, good structure and temperment.

QUIET, GRASS FED, PERFORMANCE RECORDED bulls are available for sale at realistic prices from the paddock from March each year.  This allows the purchaser to choose a sire which suits him best at the most convenient time.
